Wandering Soles, Tempe, Az

A non-profit Tempe hiking club for adults 25 to 40. (the age range is only a guideline - but 90% of our members are) Have been together for 6 years this Feb. 7th! We meet the 1st Tuesday of the month
at 7pm at Uptown Brewery located at Southern and McClintock in Tempe. They have a website, a hotline info #, publish a 2 month newsletter that is mailed to members homes, a group email list, and T-shirts!! Our dues are $10/yr to pay for the newsletters, mailings, hotline, web domain name, anniversary bonfire, etc. Its all volunteer work, no one is paid any money. Currently have about 65 members.

Mostly day hike around the state. They also car camp, backpack, go skiing in state, mountain bike, go to Rocky Point, have several home parties around the holidays, and go to happy hour once in a while.

We are an informal, laid back group that likes to do outdoor activities. We are not a dating club per say, and the women appreciate that.

We don't have officers, but we do have 2 club co-facilitators, and of course people to do the website, newsletter, hotline, etc. http://www.wanderingsoles.org
